Your data, simply

When you register for an ENGAGE event we collect your name, job title, company, phone number, emails, LinkedIn profile, photo and your answers to the registration questions.

Why: to review and confirm your registration, send you your ticket and event updates, welcome you at the door, create your personalised “I'm Attending” image, and — with your agreement — let you know about future ENGAGE events.

Who sees it: only the ENGAGE team members who run the event, each with access limited to what their role needs. We never sell your data.

Your photo is used for your I'm Attending image, your badge and to help our team recognise you at check-in. Event photos may be used in ENGAGE's event communications.

Your choices: you can unsubscribe from announcements with one click in any of those emails, and you can ask us to correct or delete your data at any time by writing to hello@engageconsultings.com.

Payments are made by bank transfer or InstaPay directly to ENGAGE — this website never handles card details. Tickets are non-refundable once paid.
